Did you know that this area is the United Kingdoms’ first “UNESCO designated natural World Heritage Site?

This area in Dorset has over “Ninety Six Miles” of spectacular coastline from East Devon through to Swanage in Dorset. Many places on this walk expose rocks that will provide you with over 190 million years’ worth of the planets’ history.

The walk starts in Exmouth where the oldest “Red Triassic Rocks” are commonly found, and is completed at the white chalk stacks of “Old Harry Rocks” here in sunny Swanage.

The Castleton Hotel is situated only 1 mile from “Old Harry Rocks” and is the perfect place to recuperate having completed the full walk or be based to hand pick selected parts of the walk.
